Summary
CSC VLE TOOLS is designed to work inside your browser. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not upload your photos, signatures or documents to our own servers.
1. Files and details you enter
When you use a tool, the files you choose and the details you type are processed on your own device by your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you close or refresh the page, unsaved work may be lost.
2. Data saved on your device
Some features save small settings in your browser's local storage so they work next time, for example your chosen colour theme, your Shop Ledger entries and your Service Rate List. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Please back up important ledger data yourself.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising is added in future, this page will be updated.
4. Third-party services
To work, pages load resources from third parties, such as Font Awesome icons and PDF, OCR and QR code libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, Bootstrap or other libraries from public CDNs, and Google Fonts. Your browser contacts these services directly, and they may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type under their own privacy policies. The OCR tool may also download language data from a public CDN. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs.
5. Feedback and contact messages
The feedback page prepares a message for you to send through WhatsApp or email using your own apps. What you send reaches us only when you press send in that app, and it is handled under that service's terms. We use your message only to understand and improve the website and to reply to you.
6. External links
Links to government and service portals open external websites with their own privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing personal details.
7. Children
This website is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your responsibility
Aadhaar, PAN and other identity documents contain sensitive personal information. Use these tools only with the card holder's permission, and do not leave documents on shared computers. Clear downloads and browser data on public machines.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
