RENT AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made and executed on this 18th day of October, 2026 at Rohtak, Haryana, by and between:

FIRST PARTY (Landlord/Owner):
Suresh Chand, S/o Shri Ram Chand, Resident of House No. 124, Model Town, Rohtak, Haryana.

AND

SECOND PARTY (Tenant):
Vikas Verma, S/o Shri Hari Singh, Resident of VPO Sampla, Rohtak, Haryana.

WHEREAS the First Party is the lawful owner of the property situated at Shop No. 5, Main Market, Rohtak, Haryana and has agreed to let out the said premises to the Second Party on the following terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

That the tenancy duration shall be for a fixed period of 11 months starting from the execution date.
That the Second Party shall pay a monthly rent of ₹ 8,500/- on or before the 7th day of each English calendar month.
That the Second Party has deposited an interest-free security amount of ₹ 17,000/- with the First Party, refundable at the time of vacating the premises.
That electricity and water charges shall be paid extra by the Second Party as per actual meter readings.
That the Second Party shall not make any structural alterations to the premises without written consent from the First Party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both parties have signed this Agreement on the date and year first mentioned above in the presence of the following witnesses.
